SESSION II: THE CHANGING FACE OF THE NET
This session, which is prepared by the Global Knowledge Partnership (GKP), aims to encourage debates around the complex web of issues, assumptions and trade offs that must be addressed if progress is to be made in improving online safety and security at the personal, national and international levels. The session will also consider the implications of the diversified cultural backgrounds for the development of successful policy and practice, while also building on previous sessions at the recent GKP event on the future, the Third Global Knowledge Conference (GK3), where key leaders and innovators in the area of cyber safety gathered to discuss the issues.
