In order to spread its message of Internet safety, Net-Aman, the youth Internet safety focus group of the Cyber Peace Initiative, is participating at the telecenters leaders' forum MENA on 19-20 November 2008. Telecenters leaders from three countries of MENA region (Egypt - Sudan - Yemen) convene at Air Defense House in cairo, Egypt, to exchange knowledge, experience, and to coordinate between each other.

Among the issues discussed in the two-days event is the sustainability of telecenters in MENA region. During the sustainability of telecenters session, Net-Aman highlights the relevance of Internet safety to the services of telecenters in the communities. The group shares its experience at schools with telecenters leaders and discusses channels of cooperation.
